• When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content.
• Pricing is shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds: within 14 days if less than 20% of a course is completed.

4. Intellectual property

All materials, including text, exercises, and branding, are owned by EuroInvestive Institute or its licensors. You may not copy, share, or resell content without permission.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or scrape content at scale.
• No sharing of login credentials.

6. Educational content only

Our courses are for educational purposes and do not constitute financial advice. We make no guarantees of outcomes.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EuroInvestive Institute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
